Smile to the body

“Do good to your body so that your Soul will want to stay there”
Indian proverb.
“The Inner Smile” is learning to recognize and cultivate Joy in oneself
The energy balance of the body depends on the harmony of our organs. The great masters of the Chinese tradition were convinced of this: visiting with a thought each of our organs by transmitting to them the sweet energy of a smile helps us to keep them in good health and to dissolve the emotions that disturb them. “The smile to the organs” is a simple millennial practice and very effective in accelerating an internal transformation or increasing the quality of our energy (see the page “small daily exercises”). For relaxation and harmonization of the body, a permanent inner smile, a smile of Self-love, ensures health, happiness and longevity. Try it, you will surely be amazed at the result!

“Let’s take the time to hear the silence. Silence ends all confusion and renews our strength.
Dadi Janki – MEETING WITH SELF through the INNER SMILE

The natural state IS health and harmony. By reconnecting with Vital Energy, deep SELF, we are guided towards well-being and vitality. A “healthy mind in a healthy body” is to vibrate health through body / mind interactions. SMILE IS THE PRAYER OF EVERY SMALL CELL, let us be guided by the healthy intelligence of the SENSES!

“As long as we have not found what we are looking for inside, we will pass by without seeing it, because the outside world is only a reflection of our inside world. Whether it be beauty, love, wisdom, it is almost useless to look for them around you if you have not first discovered them in yourself. Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov

THE CHEMISTRY OF THE SMILE : smiling transforms the emotional and physiological chemistry of our body, it feed our well-being: smiling is indeed “contagious” and it has the power to “cheer us up”, to renew the energies and sometimes to heal us by reconnecting to what we are by Essence: LOVE. Let us think about the power of smiling more often because by living in a more optimistic way and by being more present to ourselves, to what is experienced in us, we become more “fulfilled” beings!

Research in deep psychology and behavioral science shows very clearly that Smile and Laughter enhance Well-being, reduce anxiety and stress, and also allow us to better manage the events of Life. Even more interestingly, research has shown that facial expressions influence our emotions. For example, the fact of smiling makes us happier, (even if this smile results from our desire and not from the circumstances!). Other studies have shown that the “facial changes” involved in the fact of smiling have direct effects on certain brain activities associated with Joy.
